Refund Policy

Please carefully review our More Info page to learn how a migration from QuickBooks Online to the QuickBooks Desktop/Enterprise product impacts your company file, what data we cannot convert over, and the minimum QuickBooks version requirements.

We want all our customers to be happy with their conversions. If you are dissatisfied with the results of your conversion please contact us within 30 days of your completed conversion with the export ID and the issues you are having with your file (don’t forget to check your spam folder for our response!). For a faster response, please include any screenshots of differences you see between your QuickBooks Online data and the data you see in your restored file. We will review your file to determine whether we can identify any unexpected data loss and work with you so that your data converts more successfully.

The steps to purchase, download, and restore your converted file in QuickBooks Desktop/Enterprise can be viewed here. Please ensure you are following these instructions exactly in order to properly restore your converted file. If you require further assistance please contact our support team.

After 30 days from the completion date of your conversion, your converted file is deleted from our servers and it can no longer be accessed.

Refund rules:

  1. We will do everything we can to make sure the conversion is successful, but if after reviewing your converted file and determining that our software cannot successfully convert your data, we can issue a refund for your purchase.

  2. If we issue a refund it should appear on your credit card statement within 5-10 days. Upon receipt you must delete the converted .qbb backup file and any associated QuickBooks files created from the restored .qbb file off of any computer to which it was downloaded.
